About Elias
About Me
I’m a Certified Exercise Physiologist (ACSM EP) with a Master’s degree in Cardiac Rehabilitation and over 14 years of experience helping people improve the way they move, feel, and live. My background includes working with a wide range of clients, including cardiac, pulmonary, and post transplant patients, as well as individuals who simply want to feel stronger, look better, and take control of their health using a realistic and science based approach.
I’m also a Certified MNU Nutritionist (Mac Nutrition University, Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Nutrition Science), which allows me to combine evidence based training and nutrition coaching without fads, restrictive dieting, or one size fits all plans.
I specialize in in home and residential gym training for people who want a professional and personalized approach that respects their body, time, and long term health. Whether your goal is to build strength, enhance your physique, improve metabolic health, or age with confidence, my purpose is simple: to help you look, move, and feel better in a safe and sustainable way.
Why I do This
I believe fitness should support your health, not damage it. Too many people are injured, overwhelmed, or discouraged by unrealistic fitness approaches. My goal is to provide a safe, evidence-based path so you can feel in control of your body, confident in your health, and capable of living the life you want.
